Preston Friedley is a full-time Realtor with Century 21 Elite of Shreveport Bossier and is a member in good standing of the local, state and national Board of Realtors. He is considered a residential real estate expert in Shreveport and Bossier City but also services and is licensed in Caddo, Bossier, Webster, Claiborne and Desoto Parishes.
He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from LSU Baton Rouge and has a B.A. Degree from LSU-Shreveport. A graduate of Parkway H.S. in Bossier City. Preston has an Organizational Management Degree from SMU and is a Certified Chamber Executive. He has served as Chairman of Both the State Tourist Commission Appointed by Governor Roemer and Governor Blanco and Served as Chairman of the Louisiana Travel Promotion Association.
Since taking over as Owner and Manager of the UPS Store both stores have been recognized as the fasting growing stores in Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana. The Line Ave store in 2008 and the Shreve City Store in 2010. Preston has lived in Bossier City for 45 years and is married to Debbie Hearne Friedley of Bossier City. They have been married for 30 years and have three lovely daughters. Oldest daughter, Casey, is a 4th grade school teacher at Plantation Park Elementary and married to Bossier Fireman, Jason Shelton. Preston enjoys playing with his beautiful granddaughter, Chloe Shelton and grandson Eason.
Preston’s two younger daughters, Katie is an ER nurse at Willis Knighton Pierrmont and married to Shreveport Fireman, Justin Davis. His youngest daughter, Courtney is a teacher at Parkway High School.
Preston, with wife Debbie, are the co-owners of two UPS Stores with his brother Paul and sister-in-law Janie Friedley. Their stores are in the Uptown Center on Line Avenue and one in Shreve City. Preston is are also a co-owners of Fatty Arbuckles Pub in the Red River District. His unique marketing and sales background makes him an excellent choice for all you real estate needs.
